Terms of ServIce

1. ServIces ProvIded

Cooking with Ada provides private chef services, culinary experiences, meal preparation, and ticketed events in West Palm Beach, Florida and surrounding areas.

2. BookIng & Payments

  • A deposit or full payment may be required to secure your date

  • Final pricing may depend on guest count, menu selections, and service location

  • Payments must be completed by the due date provided during booking

3. TIckets & Payments

All ticket sales are final. Full payment is required at the time of booking to secure your seat. Your seat is not confirmed until payment has been successfully processed.

REFUNDS & TRANSFERS

All sales are non-refundable. Tickets may be transferred to another guest with at least 24 hours notice prior to the event. In the event of a cancellation by Cooking with Ada, a full refund will be issued.

CONDUCT

Cooking with Ada reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any guest whose behavior is disruptive or disrespectful to other guests or staff.

4. DIetary RestrIctIons & AllergIes

Clients are responsible for informing us of all allergies and dietary restrictions in advance. While we take precautions, we cannot guarantee a completely allergen-free environment, especially when cooking in shared kitchens or event spaces.

By booking with Cooking with Ada, you agree to:

  • Ensure a safe working environment (kitchen access, electricity, water, basic cleanliness)
