Late Night Market is inspired by the energy, contrast, and bold flavors of night markets across Asia—where food is vibrant, fast-paced, and deeply rooted in tradition. In Chinese culture, late-night eating, known as yè xiāo夜宵, is its own ritual—unstructured, social, and full of flavor.
This menu reimagines those moments through a more refined lens. Each course builds with intention—starting bright and crisp, moving into smoke and spice, then settling into something warm and deeply comforting.
It’s meant to feel both familiar and unexpected.
